These terms are the agreement between you and [COMPANY NAME] ("PressLore", "we") for the PressLore plugin, the licence service and presslore.com. By buying, starting a trial or using the plugin you accept them.
The service
PressLore is a WordPress plugin with a hosted licence and AI answer service. The plugin runs on your site; answers are produced on our service using your site’s content.
Your licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the plugin on the number of sites your plan allows, for the period you paid for. Local, staging and development sites do not use up a site. The plugin code is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later; the licence key and the hosted service are provided under these terms. Plans and the free trial
Plans are billed yearly at the price shown at checkout. The free trial lasts 7 days, includes up to 100 answers on one site, is limited to one per person, and ends by itself: it does not turn into a paid plan. We may refuse or end a trial we believe is abused.
Payment and renewal

Acceptable use
You must not use PressLore to break the law, to send spam, to harass or deceive people, to create or spread harmful content, or to attack or overload our service. You must not share a licence key beyond the sites your plan allows, resell access, or try to bypass limits. You are responsible for the content you let the assistant read and for telling your visitors that a chat assistant is used.
AI answers
Answers are generated from your content by an AI model. They can be incomplete or wrong. PressLore is not a substitute for professional advice, and the assistant cannot place orders, change accounts or give refunds. Check what matters, and keep the contact options visible to visitors.
Your content and data
You keep all rights to your content. You allow us to process it, and your visitors’ messages, only to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We aim for a reliable service but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or improve the service; if we remove a feature that you paid for, we will tell you and offer a fair remedy. [ADD SUPPORT HOURS AND RESPONSE TARGETS]
Ending the agreement
You can stop using PressLore at any time. We may suspend or end a licence for serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice where we can give it. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
Warranty and liability
